Pedal Sliders Harp Books are the teamwork of Amanda Whiting and Tony Robinson who met whilst studying together on the MA Jazz course in Cardiff. These books have been written with the intention of making jazz fun and accessible for harpists. Improvising is not necessarily part of classical training and these books allow harpists to try out something new – playing in a jazz style – while also encouraging a move towards the freedoms of improvisatory music.
