|Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalog, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.|
We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency.
We accept Visa and Mastercard. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped.
If you do not want to enter your credit card details via our online service you now have two other options as methods of payment when you get to the Check Out pages.
1. You can select to send credit card details separately, if you choose this option you will be presented with a form you can print out, complete and post to us.
2. You can select to send a cheque with order. As above you will be presented with a from to print out and post to us with a cheque or International Money Order in British Pounds.
In both cases a copy of your order will be automatically sent to us by the ordering system ready for completion on receipt of payment.
|Postage and Packing Our postage charges are calculated to cover the cost of postage plus the cost of the packing material. |
You will be advised of the total cost before entering your payment details.
Our Postage Charges are based on the current Royal Mail postal rates and our aim is charge the actual cost plus 50p to 60p per order (not per item) for the board envelope/box and other packing cost. The Royal Mail uses PiP so our postage is based on both the size and the weight of the package.
For UK deliveries you can choose either Royal Mail First Class or Royal Mail Second Class/Parcel Post.
For large UK orders:
First Class orders (5Kg or over) will be sent by ParcelForce Express24
Second Class orders (5Kg or over) will be sent by ParcelForce Express48
All other destinations are sent by Royal Mail Standard Airmail
The postage for two average weight CDs or an average weight 20 page music books should be about:
First Class: £2.00
Second Class: £1.82
All International Deliveries are charged for based on Royal Mail "Small Packet" airmail rates for either "Rest of EU" or "World Zone 1 & 2" allowing for cost and weight of packing.
Postage and packing for two average CDs sent to EU would be about £4.50
Postage and packing for two average CDs sent to USA would be about £5.50
|Delivery Schedule We deliver your order right away. We will normally send your order to you in 2 business days . International orders are generally received in under 14 days.|

If we are exhibiting and selling music at an event away from our base in Cardiff it is possible that we might sell out of an item and not be able to update the "on line" stock before an online order is placed for the same item. If this does happen and we are unable to complete the order we will contact you with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait until the item is back in stock.
|Tax Charges At present we are not required to be registered for VAT so no VAT is charged on goods purchased from this site.|

If you choose the option "Credit Card Details Sent Separately" you are able to supply your details by telephone, fax, post or e-mail. Once your payment has been processed your card details will be destroyed they will not be held in on any computer or web site.

Right to cancel: you can cancel your purchase at any time either before or up to 14 days after delivery of your product by:

Your product must be complete, unused and in 'as new' condition (e.g., if you have opened the packing to examine the product you must have done so without damaging or marking the product in any way). It should be returned with the original packing. Pre-recorded CDs must be returned sealed.
We make no charge if you return the product to us in person. If you choose another method of return, such as posting an item back to us you must bear the costs.
RETURN OF FAULTY GOODS WITHIN 28 DAYS
The following are guidelines. Wherever possible we will respond to your individual circumstances.
If there is a fault with your product within 12 months of delivery (or other defect with your order), we will normally offer a prompt exchange or refund. We will always offer you the choice of an exchange or refund if the fault occurs within 28 days of delivery.
To qualify for a refund or exchange the product should be in otherwise in 'as-new' condition.
This guarantee does not cover faults caused by accident, neglect, misuse or normal wear and tear.
If a pre-recorded album is faulty under guarantee we will happily exchange it for the same title or refund your money.
We will refund delivery charges you have incurred in returning the item(s) to us.
